Busy Bees Pre School
Welcome to Busy Bees Pre-School Flitwick. We care for children from 2 year old to age 5. We offer a caring, safe, and inclusive environment where your child's happiness and wellbeing is at the centre of everything we do. We can provide Breakfast and After School Club for children aged 3 - 4yrs.
The Pre-School works in close partnership with parents and carers to make sure each and every child reaches their full potential. We also work in close partnership with the school and have access to all the facilities which leads to a seamless transition when your child continues on to Flitwick Lower School.
Our purpose built Pre-School offers a large spacious outdoor area, two large playrooms and a sensory area for your child to enjoy. We provide numerous activities and events while working towards the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. There is free flow access between the playroom and garden meaning children are free and able to choose where they play and explore with caring and knowledgeable staff always close by.
Our play curriculum springs from the interests and needs of our children, derived from the observations we make each day. We look for 'teachable moments' in the midst of all the fun to move their learning forward.
As part of Flitwick Lower School, the staff from one EYFS team and this 'joined up' approach allows us to develop professionally together and build in important learning opportunities for the children, such as early work on phonics and our very successful transition work, that ensures children make good progress throughout the Early Years, without any interruptions to their learning
