- Play leader with Relevant Level qualification
- Senior Qualified Assistants with relevant Level 3 qualification
- Qualified Assistant Play Leaders who are qualified from Level 2 to Graduate
- Play Assistants qualified Level 1
- Apprentice Play Assistants

Staff attend recognised paediatric First Aid training and Safeguarding Children training courses that are appropriate to their job role and responsibilities. We also recognise the importance of staff development and keeping up to date with current best practice; we therefore support and encourage staff to undertake appropriate formal childcare qualifications.
